Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary)	Membership of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India with 03 years of experience in a company listed at NSE.
Deputy Manager (Survey)	Bachelor's Degree in Mining / Civil Engineering with Surveyor Certificate of Competency.
Deputy Manager (R&D)	Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Technology in Chemistry.
Deputy Manager (M&C)	Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce / Engineering with Post Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management.
Assistant Manager (Official Language)	Master’s degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as subject at a degree level.
Management Trainee (Law)	Degree in Law.
Management Trainee (M&C)	Post Graduate or Diploma from a recognized Institution in Materials.
