How to Crack the Exam
Candidates have to clear four stages for this
recruitment. The eligible candidates will be called for written examination who
qualifies in the objective type test. In the objective type there will be 100
multiple choice questions of one mark each. The marks obtained in the objective
type test will not be counted for determining final order of merit. The number
of candidates called for main written examination will be 20 times of the total
number of vacancies. The number of candidates called for Physical Test shall be
05 times the number of vacancies to be filled.
There will be negative marking for incorrect
answer. For each wrong answer (0.25) of the marks deducted as penalty.
So Candidates are required to attempt only those
questions on which they have fully confident. Candidates should study the
syllabus thoroughly and prepare accordingly. They have to practice previous
year papers and sample papers which are available on the internet.
The main written examination shall include
two compulsory and two optional papers.
Compulsory papers are General Knowledge of
100 marks and General English of 100 marks. Candidates are required to offer
two optional subjects and total number of questions will be eight. Out of eight
questions five questions are to be attempted.
Candidates called for interview / personality
test arranged on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination. The
aim of the interview / personality test is to assess the personal suitability
of the candidate for the service. The test is to judge the mental caliber of
candidate.
