Educational Qualification: -

Post Name	Qualification
Deputy Manager (Electrical)	Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university with 07 years of experience.
Deputy Manager (Administration)	Master's degree in Business Administration with 07 years of experience.
Deputy Manager (Weapons)	Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics & communication Engineering from a recognized university with 07 years of experience.

Age Limit: - The upper age limit prescribed for the posts shall not exceed 35 years as on 31 January 2024. Age relaxation as per Government guidelines.

Pay Scale: - Rs.50,000 -1,60,000. The posts are in Industrial Dearness Allowance pattern and consist of Basic Pay, IDA, HRA and Allowances as admissible.
